Benowa Tavern
A Gold Coast hotspot – This popular Tavern was in dire need of a facelift.
Our team at Vivid Projects undertook this Tavern Project to install a brand new Kliplok Roof . Including new gutters, downpipes, flashings, bird proofing, waterproofing etc.
This project also required carpentry skills to install new battens to raise the pitch of the roof, install new bird proofing and install a new gantry walkway for safe access to the roof.
After all roofing and carpentry works were completed, our qualified team of painters continued to apply an epoxy coating system to the roof.
Once, the roof was completed, we then turned our attention the exterior and interior facade of the Tavern & Dan Murphy’s portion of the building. Completing a full exterior repaint of both sections, an interior repaint of the Dan Murphys and selected internal areas of the Tavern.
This Tavern is open and looking fresher than ever.
