The Restoration Process
Every roof restoration includes high pressure cleaning to remove the moss, dirt and debris. We then replace broken or chipped tiles. Any old or loose mortar will be replaced, then we apply flexipoint to all ridges and hips.
All perished screws or silicone will be replaced. We then apply the sealer coating and your choice of roof membrane. By following this process depicted below your roof will endure weather much longer and appear brand new.
